A Family Legacy Continued
In 2016, Aiden Smith took the reins of the shop, returning to his family’s roots in butchery after pursuing a career in catering. Inspired by his grandfather—a skilled butcher before him—Aiden brings passion, skill, and a personal touch to every cut. With a strong team behind him, Smith’s Butchers has flourished into a local favourite once again.
